Refund Policy
Refund Policy
Last updated: July 11, 2026
This policy explains when and how you can get a refund for your Dual.am subscription. Dual.am is operated by Turn LLC, a company registered in Armenia (State Registration No. 269.110.1407624, Taxpayer Identification Number (ՀՎՀՀ) 02320514). Payments are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record.
1. Try before you pay
Every new account starts with a 15-day free trial with full functionality and no credit card required. We designed the trial so you can fully evaluate Dual.am — connecting your social accounts, scheduling posts, and inviting your team — before spending anything.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you subscribe and Dual.am isn't what you expected, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked. This applies to your first payment on a new subscription.
3. Renewal payments
Renewal charges are generally not refundable, because you can cancel at any time before the renewal date and keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. That said, if something went wrong — you were charged after cancelling, a billing error occurred, or an extended outage on our side prevented you from using the service — contact us and we'll make it right, including a refund where appropriate.
4. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel any time from the Billing page in your account. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued for time remaining after cancellation, since access continues through the period.
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or use the billing portal linked from your Billing page. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
6. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence, or any refund rights provided by our payment provider's buyer terms.
