Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Dual.am. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you're using Dual.am on behalf of an organization, "you" refers to that organization and you confirm you have authority to bind it.

Dual.am is operated by Turn LLC, a company registered in Armenia (State Registration No. 269.110.1407624, Taxpayer Identification Number (ՀՎՀՀ) 02320514).

1. What Dual.am does

Dual.am lets you connect social media accounts across one or more workspaces and schedule content to be published to them automatically at a time you choose. We are a scheduling tool, not the platforms themselves — we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, or Telegram.

2. Your account and workspaces

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may create multiple workspaces to separate clients or brands; access to each workspace is governed by the role assigned to each member.

3. Connected accounts

When you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram account, LinkedIn Page, TikTok account, or Telegram bot, you represent that you're authorized to post on behalf of that account, and you grant Dual.am permission to publish the content you schedule to it. You can revoke this at any time by disconnecting the account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Dual.am to:

• Post content that is illegal, or that violates the terms of service of the platform you're publishing to;
• Post spam, or content designed to manipulate engagement or reach in ways that violate a connected platform's policies;
• Attempt to access another workspace's accounts, content, or credentials without authorization;
• Interfere with or disrupt Dual.am's infrastructure, including attempting to exceed rate limits imposed by us or by a connected platform.

5. Content ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create and schedule through Dual.am. We claim no ownership over it — we store and transmit it solely to perform the scheduling and publishing service you've asked for.

6. Platform failures outside our control

Publishing depends on the connected platform's API being available and your token remaining valid. Dual.am retries failed publish attempts automatically, but we can't guarantee delivery if a platform is down, changes its API, revokes access, or rejects content for reasons outside our control (rate limits, content policy, account suspension, etc.). Failed destinations are marked with the error returned so you can act on it.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep Dual.am available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, and we may suspend an account that violates these terms.

8. Billing and payments

Dual.am is offered as a subscription, currently $15 per month after a 15-day free trial, with pricing shown on our website. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record — the provider handles the checkout, charges your payment method, and issues invoices and any applicable taxes on our behalf. Your purchase is also subject to that provider's buyer terms. You can cancel at any time from your Billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

9. Termination

You may stop using Dual.am and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the terms of a connected platform.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Dual.am is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost posts, lost engagement, or account actions taken by a connected platform.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
